If he&#8217;s willing to lie to a federal jury and signed an oath that uphold the United States Constitution while violating it. This is a serious consequence for Monroe that we could lose things just because of his lies!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>The biggest issue is that Cardone admitted that the law was unconstitutional.<\/strong> He even admitted that they repealed the law because they knew it was in fact originally unconstitutional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">While this is a full admission and cannot be appealed.
