My very first day after being sworn in as your\u00a0 New York state senator. I will demand that I be given all information on the entire sewer system. I will do a top to bottom review inspecting where $200 million has gone thus far. I will leave no stone unturned!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

I will then simultaneously turn to all the municipalities throughout Orange County and demand that all water reports dating back 20 years be turned over to us for review. I will watch how the $265 million grant is spent by these municipalities.
