There\u2019s a multitude of issues that New York State needs to address, and more importantly, or rather,\u00a0<\/span>most\u00a0<\/span>importantly her\u00a0<\/span>representatives\u00a0<\/span>need to address.<\/span><\/p>\n There\u2019s crime, unemployment, skyrocketing homelessness, basic infrastructure, and economies.<\/span><\/p>\n All sorts of stuff, and Timothy Jon Mitts plans to address each and all in its time.<\/span><\/p>\n His plan is pretty simple actually, and effective because it\u2019s smart and efficient.<\/span><\/p>\n \n So small, potholes for instance.<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s an issue he actualy keeps hearing about.<\/span><\/p>\n New York State ranks 10th in the country for the worst potholes. Now being 10th worst for potholes doesn\u2019t sound like that big a deal when you\u2019re also talking about economies and crime and all this other stuff, but consider congestion related delays in traffic ALONE cost 16.8 BILLION a year.<\/span><\/p>\n And if there\u2019s any single issue we can ALL get behind and unite on its traffic.<\/span><\/p>\n We all hate $(%% traffic with a capital $.<\/strong><\/p>\n And while you\u2019re at it, throw in another 11.2 billion for road repair annually because of accidents that result in damage, injury, and death. And any of us from every walk of life can get together on that. If there\u2019s a worthy cause out there at all, putting a dent in car accidents that take the lives of loved ones would be at the top of that list.
